traindee® offers you a period of 14 days in which you can return your order without giving reasons. This process should be simple and straightforward for our customers, so we have listed the necessary steps here.
- If you have decided to return your order, please send us an e-mail to email@example.com with the subject “return” and the order number. Please state clearly that you wish to return the product.

- As soon as the products have arrived in our warehouse, we will check them (condition, quantity) and refund the purchase price within 14 working days.
Only items purchased directly from the traindee® online shop website (shop.traindee.com) can be returned in the manner described above. traindee® products purchased from other retailers must be returned according to their respective return policy.
We have 14 working days after we receive your package in our warehouse to refund the money. The refund will be made according to our refund policy and in the same way as the order was paid for, unless otherwise agreed. The refund will not be initiated until the package arrives at our warehouse or until we have proof of receipt of the package at our warehouse.
Please note that all products must be returned in the condition in which you received them in order to receive a refund.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, took or has taken possession of the goods. In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send the notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal before the end of the withdrawal period.
You must return the goods to our return address without delay and in any case within fourteen days at the latest from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. This period shall be deemed to have been observed if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.
Food and dietary supplements, feed and dietary supplements, liquids, powders, mixtures, etc:
Only unopened packaging (bags, bottles, cans, etc.) will be taken back!
Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, it is no longer possible to change it.
Returns must be prepaid (carriage paid) in order to be accepted. In justified cases you will receive a return label. You will only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing their condition, properties and functioning.
